FFUs are typically equipped with HEPA or ULPA high-efficiency filters, achieving filtration efficiency levels of H13/H14 (99.97%+ for 0.3-micron particles). Some models support multi-stage filtration (e.g., pre-filter + HEPA + activated carbon) to address dust, chemical pollutants, etc.
